Absence Notes

We are pleased to announce a new, convenient way to submit documentation for student absences and tardies. You can now submit excuse notes and upload supporting documentation electronically using the following Google Form: https://go.fcps.net/vpeabsence

 

Please note the following important reminders:

• Timing: Please do not submit notes until the DAY OF or AFTER the absence/tardy has occurred.
• Deadline: Excuse notes must be submitted within 3 days of a student's return to school after being absent.
• Required Information: The form requires the following details for accurate processing:
• Student's First and Last Name
• Date(s) of Absence
• Reason for Absence
• Your Name & Email Address

Processing Time: Please allow up to 72 hours for your student's attendance record to be updated.
