Summer Reading & Open Library

To help your child stay on track with their reading, VPE is conducting a summer reading program so students can stay motivated and prevent the summer slide. Students will record reading on a reading log as well as complete the Bingo challenge activities. Be on the lookout for the paper copies coming home soon. In case you misplace it, digital copies will be available on the VPE website.

Students who turn in the completed challenge paper to the library when we return to school in August will receive a prize and certificate. In addition, they will be entered into a drawing for a desktop mini fridge or wireless Bluetooth headphones!

In order to help students reach their reading goals this summer and to make sure everyone has access to books, the VPE library will be open every Tuesday from 9-11am beginning on June 3 and ending on August 5.
